Shipping Fees

For orders $40 and over we offer free shipping.

For orders below $40 shipping fee is $4.95.

 

Shipping Schedules

All orders are processed and shipped the next business day. Once your order is processed transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the US. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To start a return or an exchange, simply send an email to hello@yoursy.com with your order number and your name.

 

 

Refunds

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
