Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States at the moment. We plan to include international shipping in the future.
What are the shipping rates?
The shipping fee is $4.95 for orders under $40. The shipping fee is waived for orders over $40 before tax within the United States.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed with a tracking number.
Can I update my shipping address?
If you would like to change your address after you have made a purchase, please send an email to hello@yoursy.com. We can change the address if your order is not shipped yet.
If you would like to update your shipping address for your future subscription orders, you can change it by logging in to your account on yoursy.com. Then you can update your shipping address from your account settings.
How can I cancel an order?
If you submitted an order and would like to cancel it, please send an e-mail to hello@yoursy.com with your full name and order number. We will do our best to cancel it.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and by clicking cancel my subscription.
What is your return policy?
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. You have 60 days to return or exchange the item from the day it was received. For returns, please email hello@yoursy.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on the profile icon and signing up with your email.
How do I activate a discount code?
You can activate a discount code by typing the code into the discount code section when checking out.
I forgot my password!
No need to worry! If you forgot your password, you can use the forgot password button on our login page. An email will be sent to the email that is linked to your account with the option to reset your password.
How does subscription work?
It’s really simple. On the product page, just pick your frequency - once every month, once every two months, or once every three months. We will send your renewal order according to your selected frequency so you don’t have to order every time. You can change the frequency or cancel your subscription at any time.
When will I receive my order each month?
If you have a subscription, you will receive your order on the day selected in your account settings. If you would like to change the date for any reason, you can do that anytime from your account page. If you haven't changed the date on your account settings, it will be the same day of the month that you received your first order. The dates given are estimates only as shipping times may fluctuate over time. You will be notified when your order is processed by email.
The Quiz
How does the quiz work?
Answer the questions according to your preferences and needs. The algorithm will match your answers with one or more essential oil blends among the hundreds of blends we have created. As a result, you will see the perfect essential blends for you.
What is the point of taking the quiz?
By taking the quiz, you can receive an essential oil blend more specific to your wants and needs compared to an essential oil blend intended for more general use.
Moreover, by taking the quiz, you can receive a bottle with your name and initials on it!
Are my answers to the quiz saved to my account?
Only your products are saved to your account. Your answers are kept fully private and secure and are used to provide you with custom essential oil blends.
Am I able to retake the quiz?
You can retake the quiz any time you would like to. First, remove all quiz products from your cart if there are any. Then you can click the take the quiz button on the homepage and you can provide new answers.
Will getting new recommendations from the quiz change what is in my next order?
Your next order does not change automatically when you take the quiz again. If you take the quiz again then your custom essential oil blend might change as well. You can add your new recommendations to your cart and checkout to receive them.

We take pride in sourcing our essential oils from the best producers around the world. We only use reputable producers with the necessary certification to produce the highest quality essential oils sustainably and ethically.
Are the essential oils 100% pure?
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are your essential oils therapeutic grade?
There is no organization that grades essential oils. Therapeutic grade is a marketing terminology used by some companies which have no real meaning. All our products have therapeutic effects.
How should I store my essential oils?
Safety
Are essential oils safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Some essential oils are unsafe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Always discuss any kind of essential oil you are planning on using with your doctor before using.
Are essential oils safe for children and babies?
Essential oils should not be used at all on babies under 3 months old. For infants and children older than 3 months old, NAHA recommends using with caution and after further dilution.
